Guan Brand 300°C Silicone High-Temperature Paint is a self-drying silicone high-temperature paint composed of modified silicone resin, heat-resistant fillers, additives, and solvents. The paint does not crack or peel for extended periods. The 300°C silicone high-temperature paint cures at room temperature, has strong adhesion, resistance to water, oil, acid, and chemical reagents, excellent anti-rust properties, strong bonding to steel and cement surfaces, and can dry at room temperature. Silicone high-temperature paint offers good heat resistance, thermal insulation, wear resistance, and mechanical physical properties, suitable for coating surfaces within the appropriate temperature range.
Construction Reference: 1. Substrate Treatment: The metal surface to be coated must be thoroughly cleaned of oil, oxide scale, rust, and old coatings. Sandblasting or shot blasting methods can be used to achieve Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5, with a roughness of 30-70μm; manual rust removal methods can also achieve Swedish rust removal standard St3, with a roughness of 30-70μm.
2. Usage: Stir and mix the silicone high-temperature paint evenly.
3. Application Methods: Brushing or spraying are both acceptable. Use the matching thinner for dilution.
4. Coating Thickness: The dry film thickness per coat is 25μm. Thinner coatings offer better temperature resistance and thermal conductivity, while thicker coatings provide better anti-corrosion performance. Generally, the dry film thickness should be controlled between 50-80μm.
5. Construction Conditions: Construction temperature between 5–38°C, with relative air humidity below 75%.
6. Drying: After spraying, allow to dry at room temperature for 1 hour, then bake at around 120°C for 30 minutes. Alternatively, after spraying, allow to dry at room temperature for more than 7 days before use.
